Terms of Service
Effective date: May 04, 2026
Last updated: May 04, 2026
These Terms govern your use of WPVoicer, including the website, dashboard, WordPress plugin, text-to-speech services, Voice Cloning add-on, APIs, and related services.
1. Service description
WPVoicer is a WordPress-focused AI audio platform that converts written content into generated audio. The service includes a WordPress plugin, a hosted dashboard, prepaid audio minute packages, optional Voice Cloning, and related account features.
WPVoicer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect audio quality, compatibility with every WordPress setup, or availability of every voice or feature at all times.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use WPVoicer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, WordPress site connection, plugin credentials, and any activity that occurs through your account.
WPVoicer may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, illegal activity, payment issues, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
3. Prepaid minute packages
WPVoicer sells prepaid audio minute packages, not expiring monthly plans. When you purchase a prepaid minute package, the minutes are credited to your account after payment confirmation and can be used over time. Purchased prepaid minutes do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms or unless otherwise required by law.
Prepaid minute packages do not include Voice Cloning unless explicitly stated. Voice Cloning is sold as a separate add-on.
4. Voice Cloning add-on
Voice Cloning is an optional recurring add-on. It may unlock custom voice features and higher text limits according to the product configuration shown at purchase.
You are solely responsible for any voice sample you upload or use. You represent that you own the voice, or that you have explicit permission from the voice owner to use the voice for synthetic audio generation. You are also solely responsible for any copyright, neighboring rights, personality rights, publicity rights, contractual restrictions, or other rights that may apply to voices, recordings, performances, or samples uploaded by you.
You must not use Voice Cloning to impersonate another person without permission, create fraudulent or misleading audio, clone minors' voices, violate publicity/privacy rights, or produce illegal or harmful content.
WPVoicer may request proof of authorization, remove voice samples, restrict Voice Cloning access, suspend accounts, or terminate service if unauthorized or abusive use is suspected. If irregular, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized use of cloned voices is detected, WPVoicer reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and report the matter to the competent authorities where appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use WPVoicer to create, process, distribute, or facilitate illegal content, harassment, hate speech, fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, misleading synthetic audio, rights violations, sexual content involving minors, abuse of service limits, reverse engineering, unauthorized resale, or technical attacks.
You are responsible for the text, audio, voice samples, and other content you submit or generate through WPVoicer.
6. Content and generated audio
You retain rights to your original content. You grant WPVoicer the limited rights needed to process your content and provide the service.
Generated audio is provided for your use, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and platform rules. WPVoicer does not permanently store generated audio files on its own servers. Generated audio is retained only for the time strictly necessary to process the request and deliver the audio file to the customer WordPress site that requested it.
WPVoicer does not claim ownership of your submitted text. WPVoicer does not use your submitted content to train AI models unless separately and explicitly stated with your consent.
7. Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The active checkout provider is Polar unless otherwise stated. WPVoicer does not collect or store credit card numbers, fiscal/tax data, or comparable payment details on its own servers. Checkout, payment records, tax handling, receipts, and invoices are managed directly by Polar or the applicable payment provider.
Prepaid minute packages are non-refundable once credited to your WPVoicer account, except where required by law or under limited exceptions such as duplicate payment, billing error, fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, or payment processor decision.
Voice Cloning subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals. Refunds for Voice Cloning subscriptions are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Immediate delivery and withdrawal acknowledgement
Before checkout, WPVoicer may ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery of prepaid minutes or immediate activation of Voice Cloning, and to acknowledge the refund and withdrawal consequences.
For prepaid minute packages, once minutes are credited, the package is considered delivered and non-refundable except where required by law or under the limited exceptions in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For Voice Cloning subscriptions, immediate activation allows you to use the add-on right away. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
9. Third-party services
WPVoicer relies on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, cookie consent management, AI compute, email, security, and related infrastructure. Third-party provider availability, policies, fraud controls, and technical limitations may affect the service.
10. Disclaimers
WPVoicer is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results.
AI-generated audio may contain errors, artifacts, pronunciation issues, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before publication.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPVoicer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPVoicer's total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to WPVoicer during the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPVoicer from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your generated audio, your voice samples, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
13. Changes
WPVoicer may update the service, pricing, features, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the effective date shown on the published version.
