Refund & Cancellation Policy

WPVoicer sells prepaid minute packages and Voice Cloning recurring subscriptions. Different refund rules apply to each product type.
1. Prepaid minute packages
Prepaid minute packages are non-refundable once purchased and credited to your WPVoicer account.
When a prepaid minute package is purchased, WPVoicer immediately credits the purchased minutes to your account and commits the wholesale processing capacity/costs required to provide audio generation. Because of this immediate delivery and cost commitment, unused prepaid minutes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Prepaid minutes do not expire, so you may use them over time according to your publishing needs.
2. Exceptions for prepaid minute packages
Refunds for prepaid minute packages may be considered only in limited cases, including duplicate payment, proven billing error, fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, payment processor decision, or cases where a refund is required by applicable law.
Requests must be sent to hello@wpvoicer.com with the account email, order reference, and a short explanation.
3. Voice Cloning subscriptions
Voice Cloning is a recurring add-on subscription. It can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refunds for Voice Cloning subscriptions may be granted for the current billing period when requested within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, unless the add-on has been abused, used fraudulently, or the account has violated the Terms of Service.
For annual Voice Cloning subscriptions, refunds after the initial 14-day window are not automatic and may be considered at WPVoicer's discretion, including possible partial/pro-rata treatment where appropriate.
4. Immediate activation and withdrawal acknowledgement
Before checkout, WPVoicer may ask you to expressly consent to immediate delivery or immediate activation and to acknowledge the refund and withdrawal consequences.
For prepaid minute packages, this means you consent to immediate crediting of the minutes and acknowledge that the purchase becomes non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or under the limited exceptions listed above.
For Voice Cloning subscriptions, this means you consent to immediate activation and understand that cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation help
Email hello@wpvoicer.com and include your WPVoicer account email, order or checkout reference if available, product purchased, and reason for the request.
We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and account ownership.
6. Payment processors and invoices
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The active checkout provider is Polar unless otherwise stated. WPVoicer does not collect or store credit card numbers, fiscal/tax data, or comparable payment details on its own servers. Checkout, payment records, tax handling, receipts, and invoices are managed directly by Polar or the applicable payment provider.
Processor-level rules, fraud checks, chargeback procedures, and applicable payment network rules may also apply.
7. Related terms
This policy is part of the WPVoicer Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law will apply.
8. Changes
WPVoicer may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its effective date forward.
