Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 04, 2026

Last updated: May 04, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WPVoicer handles account data, WordPress site data, generated audio processing, Voice Cloning samples, analytics, and payment-provider data.

1. Data we collect

WPVoicer may collect account email, hashed password, WordPress site URL, plugin connection data, support requests, API request metadata, security logs, and the content needed to provide text-to-speech generation.

If you use Voice Cloning, WPVoicer may process voice samples uploaded by you for the purpose of generating audio for your account.

2. Generated audio files

WPVoicer does not permanently store generated audio files on its own servers. Generated audio files may pass through WPVoicer infrastructure only for the time strictly necessary to process the text-to-speech request and deliver the resulting audio file to the customer WordPress site that requested it.

Once delivery is complete, the generated audio file is expected to be stored on the customer's WordPress site, not on WPVoicer servers.

3. Payment, fiscal, and invoice data

WPVoicer does not store credit card numbers, full payment card data, fiscal/tax data, or invoice data on its own servers.

Checkout, payment processing, tax handling, receipts, and invoices are managed directly by Polar or the applicable payment provider.

4. Voice Cloning samples

Voice samples uploaded for Voice Cloning are used only to provide Voice Cloning functionality for the account that uploaded them. WPVoicer does not use customer voice samples to train AI models unless separately and explicitly stated with your consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every uploaded voice sample.

5. No AI training on customer content

WPVoicer does not use your submitted text, generated audio, or voice samples to train AI models unless separately and explicitly stated with your consent.

6. Third-party providers

WPVoicer relies on third-party providers for payment processing, AI compute, analytics, cookie consent management, email, hosting, and security. These providers receive only the data needed to provide their specific function.

Payment and invoice data is handled directly by Polar or the applicable payment provider.

7. Cookies and analytics

WPVoicer uses CookieYes for cookie consent management and Google Analytics for website analytics, subject to your consent preferences. See the for more information.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data where applicable. Contact hello@wpvoicer.com for privacy requests.
